College Girl Daze: Dining Alone

Ever feel like you just need a moment to just get away? Sometimes we need to take that quiet time and just have personal time with ourselves. Alot of people are so afraid to dine alone when their young. Enjoy It! You dont always have to be seen with someone when you want to go grab a bite to eat or grab a cup of coffee. Time alone is the best time to reflect . Treat Yourself. Figure how you're feeling about yourself this week. Sometimes I give so much of my energy to other people that I forget to give sometime to myself. So at least twice a month I will treat myself to dinner and to my favorite place and get a table for just myself. I normally bring my laptop, notebook or a book that I am currently reading so I can just reflect and meditate on business or just how I'm feeling in general . Be generous and kind to yourself, you deserve this time. Or maybe you want to treat yourself to a movie, pedicure, manicure or time to get your hair done. All things can be done by yourself to just take some of the stress we go through while going to school and work. Get in tune with what is going on inside of you mentally and physically. We all deserve to give ourselves something special. So take that time you need to get right with yourself. You dont need a partner for everything!
